These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Liftgrid's websites, trial registration, and related services offered to businesses ("Services"). By registering, accessing, or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

If you are using the Services on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company.

You must provide accurate registration information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of credentials and for activity under your account.

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe these Terms are violated or if required for security or legal reasons.

You agree not to misuse the Services, including attempting unauthorized access, interfering with other customers, distributing malware, or using the Services in violation of applicable law.

Liftgrid and its licensors retain all rights in the Services, branding, and documentation. Except for the limited right to use the Services as offered, no rights are granted.

The Services are provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, neither party will be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our aggregate liability arising out of these Terms will not exceed the amounts you paid us for the Services in the twelve (12) months before the claim (or, if none, fifty euros).

For customers and visitors accessing our English/global offering outside Turkey, these Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory consumer protections in your country say otherwise.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised version on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
